Medical Representative

Swiss pharmaceutical company Alpen Pharma AG's representation in Georgia is announcing a vacancy for a Medical Representative position in the Respiratory direction in Tbilisi.

Work location: Tbilisi Employment form: Full-time

We are looking for: an energetic, responsible, and result-oriented professional with experience working in the pharmaceutical field, effective professional communication skills with doctors, and a desire to develop with an international pharmaceutical company's team.

Key responsibilities: - Professional and ethical promotion of the company's respiratory products to target doctors and medical institutions - Building and developing long-term professional relationships with doctors and other healthcare professionals - Effective presentation of medical and scientific information about products to the target audience - Planning and regular implementation of visits in a defined territory in accordance with the company's standards and individual plan - Working on achieving sales goals and key performance indicators (KPI) - Collecting and analyzing information about the market, competitive environment, and doctors' needs - Monitoring product sales dynamics and participating in planning relevant activities - Participating in medical conferences, seminars, round tables, and other professional events - Close collaboration with marketing and sales teams; - Compliance with the company's internal standards, ethical principles, and regulatory requirements - Regular reporting on performed activities and results

Basic requirements: - Higher medical or pharmaceutical education - At least 2 years of experience as a Medical Representative - Experience working in the respiratory direction will be considered a significant advantage - Good knowledge of the pharmaceutical market and specifics of a Medical Representative's work - Fluency in Georgian - Working knowledge of Russian - Good knowledge of MS Office programs - Word, Excel, PowerPoint; - Valid driver's license - Having a personal car will be considered an advantage

Important professional skills: - Effective presentation and communication skills - Ability to build and develop professional relationships with doctors - Knowledge of modern negotiation and sales techniques - Ability to work effectively independently and in a team - Proper planning of work time and territory - High responsibility and self-organization - Initiative and proactivity - Goal-orientedness and result-orientedness - Desire to learn quickly and develop professionally

Training in sales, negotiation, and product presentation will be considered an advantage
