Key Responsibilities - Managing the entire sales cycle; - Developing and implementing a sales strategy: creating long-term and short-term strategic plans based on the company's business goals; - Managing and motivating the team: developing an effective bonus system for sales managers and team activities focused on achieving maximum results by the team; - Employee professional development: ensuring the team's constant development (improving sales and negotiation techniques), as well as managing the effective integration of new employees. - Controlling the efficiency of the workflow: setting individual and general goals for the sales team, monitoring daily activities, and constantly evaluating results (based on KPIs); - Monitoring the construction market and competitors, identifying target clients and objects; - Managing strategic clients and projects from the first contact to final settlement; - Developing relationships with developers, general contractors, and other partners; - Controlling the process of pricing, commercial offers, and technical agreements; - Preparing and managing reports on sales results and financial indicators; - Evaluating and ensuring the effectiveness of the sales direction.
