Production Program Operator

The company "Bilioni" announces a vacancy for the position of Production Program Operator.

Workplace: Batumi; Work schedule: Full-time

Main requirements:

• At least one year of experience working in this or a similar position;
• Complete knowledge of office programs;
• Experience working in 1C program will be considered an advantage.

Main responsibilities:

• Reflection of information about produced products in the program and control of data accuracy;
• Entering relevant data into the program according to product calculations;
• Processing data according to product recipes and normative costs;
• Program control of raw material/material expenditure;
• Comparison of planned and actual expenditure data;
• Systematization and updating of data related to product production;
• Identification of discrepancies revealed in the program and communication with relevant responsible persons;
• Ensuring timely and accurate reflection of data in the program;
• Preparation of reports and information on expenditure and production data if necessary;
• Performing other program operations related to production data.

Qualification requirements:

• Knowledge of office programs, especially Excel, at the user level;
• Desirable experience working with 1C or other accounting/production programs;
• Good ability to work with numbers;
• High accuracy and attention to detail;
• Analytical and logical thinking;
• High sense of responsibility;
• Ability to work with large volumes of data;
• Effective communication skills with the team.
