The candidate will undergo a training period in the VIP Sales Department, study the 1C program, and familiarize themselves with both Gorgia's internal processes and the department's internal processes, instructions, and standards. This will enable them to gain leadership experience and develop the skills to independently manage a team of any purpose, not just sales.
