Main responsibilities:

• Participation in the company's legal activities and assistance to the lawyer;

• Participation in the preparation of various types of official letters, statements, and responses;
• Assistance in the legal processing of tender and procurement documentation;
• Participation in the preparation of documentation related to court and administrative proceedings;
• Organization and archiving of the company's internal legal documentation;

Qualification requirements:

• Higher legal education or a student of the final year;
• Relevant work or internship experience in the field is desirable;
• Fluency in Georgian;
• Working knowledge of English;
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs;
• Knowledge of the current legislation of Georgia;
• Ability to prepare legal documents correctly and competently.
