Hotel "Episode Hotels" is announcing a vacancy for the position of Guest Service Specialist.

Work schedule: 40 hours a week (5 working days, 2 days off)

Functions and responsibilities: - Receiving guests at the hotel and assisting with registration if needed; - Timely and effective response to guests' questions and requests; - Working with hotel management programs; - Providing service to guests at tables in the restaurant, bar, and events.

Qualification requirements and skills: - Effective communication and teamwork; - Politeness and kindness; - Attention to detail; - Punctuality and organization; - Knowledge of English at B1 level.
