Main functions and responsibilities:
Implementation and management of internal security and service quality monitoring systems; Monitoring and timely identification of needs for improvement in service spaces (stores, call centers, reception points, service centers) to ensure standards are met; Processing monitoring results and presenting reports to relevant executives; Submitting initiatives to address identified problems; Communication with dealers and presentation of their activities; Participation in customer satisfaction research, provision of materials and weekly processing of results; Monthly reporting to direct supervisor; Follow-up of monitoring results with relevant departments and responsible persons; Implementation of evaluation system for service center and local delivery employees and monitoring performance; Daily communication with managerial levels on shortcomings and ways to eliminate them; Development of internal security standards, management of subordinate team and reporting to director as needed; Development of internal security standards within the company and control over their implementation.
Requirements:
Higher education; 3-5 years of work experience in a similar field; Experience working in retail or service sector is preferred; Knowledge of English; MS Office, especially Excel, is a plus.
