The "Oro" restaurant chain, which features Georgian cuisine created by our experienced chefs, has a vacancy for a Restaurant Manager.

Work location: Tbilisi (Marjanishvili #5, Sandro Euli St. #7); Work schedule: Full-time

Job responsibilities:

** Ensuring the proper functioning of the facility; ** Monitoring and ensuring the implementation of service standards; ** Managing subordinate personnel: ** Supervising and ensuring the protection of the restaurant's material and non-material assets within the scope of competence; ** Optimizing costs; ** Conducting planned inventory and controlling balances;

Requirements:

** At least 3 years of experience in the restaurant industry, including in a managerial position; ** Higher education.

Personal qualities:

** Punctuality, organization, discipline; ** Time management skills; ** Communication skills; ** Ability to negotiate; ** Teamwork
