Job purpose: The Program Nurse is responsible for the effective and timely implementation of the project’s envisaged duties.
Main responsibilities:
Visiting patients at home;
Providing preventive, curative, hygienic, and rehabilitative services to patients in accordance with the relevant standards.
Qualitatively performing doctor's appointments
Implementing administrative measures related to patients (developing an individual care plan together with the project coordinator, developing a weekly work schedule, preparing and presenting information),
Advocating patients' interests.
Informing patients and informal caregivers about the patient's health status;
Maintaining patient care and medical documentation
Participating in weekly meetings of home care service employees
Qualification requirements:
Education: Nursing qualification
Experience: At least 2 years of work experience
Personal qualities
Ability to work in a stressful environment, experience in managing crisis situations
Good communication skills, experience working in a team
Writing and analytical skills
Proficiency in the Georgian language
Desirable: Knowledge of Russian
Honorarium / salary: Based on the salaries and experience of similar positions in Georgia.
