"Element Construction" announces a vacancy for the position of Warehouse Manager.

Work conditions:

Workplace: Tbilisi; Work rate: Full; Salary: will be discussed individually based on the candidate's qualifications.

Main functions and responsibilities:

Effective management of warehouse management on the company's construction sites and organization of relevant processes; Planning, standardization of warehouse processes, and ensuring their uninterrupted functioning; Management of the processes of receiving, recording, placing, storing, and issuing construction materials and inventory; Control of the movement of materials and inventory between construction sites and warehouses and ensuring proper recording; Control of the quantity, condition, and compliance with documentation of received materials and inventory; Control of the quantity and purpose of issued materials and ensuring compliance with the requirements of objects; Constant control of warehouse stocks, determination of the required quantity, and initiation of the process of timely replenishment of stocks in coordination with the purchasing department; Ensuring timely and accurate reflection of the movement of materials and inventory in the warehouse program; Periodic monitoring of stocks at construction sites and organization of the inventory process; Identification of shortages, surpluses, and other discrepancies revealed as a result of inventory, informing relevant persons, and ensuring the preparation of necessary documentation; Coordination of the activities of warehouse employees and ensuring the effective management of warehouse processes; Preparation of periodic reports on the movement of warehouse stocks and materials.

Qualification requirements:

Professional and/or higher education; At least 2 years of experience in managing warehouse management; Experience working on construction sites or in the construction sector; Knowledge of the processes of receiving, issuing, storing, and inventory of construction materials; Knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel; Ability to manage and coordinate warehouse processes of several construction sites.
