System Administrator

Fabric Form Company is announcing a vacancy for the position of System Administrator. Location: Tbilisi, Georgia We are looking for a responsible and proactive System Administrator to join our team.

Main Responsibilities: - Administration and support of user accounts, corporate email, CRM system, and RDP access; - Administration of corporate messengers: Telegram, Skype, Slack, and Signal; - Basic configuration and support of MikroTik devices; - Configuration of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and VLAN, and troubleshooting technical problems; - Support and configuration of VoIP telephony (MicroSIP); - Administration and technical maintenance of Windows workstations; - Basic administration of Ubuntu/Linux systems; - Installation, configuration, and technical maintenance of computers, printers, multifunctional printers (MFPs), and other office equipment; - Assembly of computers, hardware upgrades, and problem diagnostics; - Operational resolution of technical issues and user support.

Requirements: - At least 1 year of experience as a System Administrator; - Good knowledge of Windows administration; - Basic knowledge of Ubuntu/Linux; - Knowledge of network technologies: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and VLAN; - Experience working with MikroTik devices will be considered an advantage; - Experience working with corporate email, CRM systems, RDP, and office equipment; - Conversational Russian language skills are required, as part of the team only speaks Russian; - Responsibility, attention to detail, integrity, ability to work in a team, and quickly resolve technical issues.
