Our company is looking for Main functions and responsibilities - Receiving and preparing raw materials: unloading, sorting, primary processing, and preparing incoming meat raw materials for the production line according to the instructions of the manager and technologist. - Participation in the technological process: direct involvement in the processing of meat products (cutting, chopping, preparing minced meat, forming, processing). - Managing production equipment: safe, correct operation, and maintenance of relevant equipment, machines, and mechanical tools (with strict adherence to instructions). - Packaging and labeling works: weighing, packaging, placing in packaging materials, applying expiration dates/ labels, and preparing finished products for storage. - Processing different categories of raw materials: in addition to meat, washing and disinfecting eggs, primary processing, washing, peeling, and cutting fruits and vegetables, with strict adherence to established technological and hygienic instructions. - Observing HACCP and sanitary norms: meticulous adherence to cleanliness and sanitary-hygienic norms at the workplace, machines, and inventory; strict control of personal hygiene standards (special clothing, headgear, gloves). - Fulfilling manager's tasks: timely and high-quality execution of daily production plans and operational tasks given by the production manager.
