Head of Finance Undergraduate and Graduate Programs

"Black Sea International University" is announcing a vacancy for the position of Head of Finance Undergraduate and Graduate Programs.

Main duties and responsibilities:

Development of the content of the educational program; Monitoring and updating of syllabi; Ensuring the compliance of program objectives and learning outcomes with international standards; Preparation of annual reports and self-assessment documentation; Participation in the selection process of academic personnel and promotion of their professional development; Communication with internship sites and employers; Coordination of teaching and examination processes; Receiving feedback from students and graduates; Searching for grant projects, supporting student research work, and initiating public activities.

Qualification requirements:

Doctor's degree or equivalent in the relevant field; Work experience - at least 3 years of experience in the field of education, including at least 1 year in a leadership position; English language - at least B2+ level; Regulatory acts of higher education; Standards for accreditation of higher education programs; National Qualifications Framework and Classifier of Fields of Study.
