Main functions and responsibilities: - Control of customer recording system, determine visit time and ensure timely reception; - Analyze, evaluate information received from customers and offer relevant services; - Fully clarify customer needs and transfer received information to technical team and parts managers; - Visual inspection of the vehicle; - Agree on repair work with the customer and, if necessary, offer additional work; - Fully inform the service team about the vehicle; - Monitor service work and actively communicate with the technicians team; - Timely communication with the warranty service manager on warranty cases; - Agreement on non-standard cases with the direct supervisor; - Ensure test drive of the vehicle and, if necessary, consult with a technician; - Search for parts in relevant catalogs; - Identify spare parts deficits for service and produce relevant reports with the parts department; - Provide detailed information to the customer about prices, prepare cost estimates; - Inform the customer about work deadlines, periodic communication about progress; - Timely inform the customer in case of changes in deadline, cost or any type, and implement additional services or procedures only after his confirmation; - Timely respond to any kind of customer dissatisfaction and take necessary measures; - Consider customer requests and wishes, ensure entry into the service territory according to his request (with relevant equipment); - Detailed explanation of the work done and related costs during the transfer of the completed vehicle to the customer; - Share information about service promotions with customers and monitor their implementation; - Monitor data accuracy of registered vehicles, defect acts, and completed acceptance acts; - Control accuracy of filled tasks and uploaded images in the service program; - Control of funds according to the contract concluded with customers; - Review and share with management analysis of repeated repair results;
