The company "m²" is announcing a vacancy for the position of Project Manager.
Main responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire process of construction projects for high-rise, multi-apartment residential complexes;
- Participate in revising and approving project drawings;
- Involvement in preparing tender documentation, conducting detailed technical/financial analysis of the tender, and assessing risks;
- Control construction standards and norms established by legislation;
- Assess and prevent construction risks;
- Analyze, correct, and confirm the deadlines required for project execution;
- Develop, agree, update, and implement the project execution plan and procedures;
- Analyze and respond adequately to issues arising within the project;
- Control the compliance of completed works with the project;

Required knowledge and skills:
