Qualification requirements:
- Preferably, education in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting;
- Experience in a similar position will be considered an advantage;
- In-depth knowledge of Excel;
- Knowledge of accounting programs, preferably Ors Buccaneer or Ors Manager (not necessary - we will teach onsite);
Main responsibilities:
- Daily production and recording of accounting operations in the accounting program; (downloading invoices from rs.ge to the accounting program and uploading from the accounting program to rs.ge. Reflection of cash and terminal operations in the accounting program)
- Control of primary documentation;
- Control of debtors/creditors;
- Control of income and expense transactions;
- Periodic participation in the inventory of commodity-material values;
- Production of orders with foreign suppliers.
Work schedule/conditions:
- Work location - Tbilisi, Stanislavskogo street #1 (intersection of Tsereteli Avenue, near metro Goziridze);
- Salary - 1500 GEL, with growth prospects;
- Work schedule - normalized (from Monday to Saturday, 09:30-18:00).
