Construction Project Manager

Company "Archi", a leading development company in Georgia, founded in 2006. We have already successfully completed 55 projects and currently have 33 ongoing constructions in Georgia.

"Archi" is looking for a Construction Project Manager, and his main functions will be:

** Participation in construction project planning - planning the project budget, determining the deadlines for construction works, determining the need for technical and human resources required for the execution of the work, and others;

** Control of budget expenditure;

** Control of the quality and timing of construction works performed by contractors, compliance of the performed construction works with the contract conditions;

** During the construction process, coordination of various issues with representatives of adjacent professions (designer, geodesist, water supply, sewerage, ventilation, etc.) and coordination of relevant persons;

** Fixing of identified defects and relevant documentation;

** Verification of the volumes of work performed, assessment of quality;

** Preparation of reports on construction progress;

** Constant monitoring and control of the progress of work on construction sites.

Qualification requirements:

** Higher education in construction, engineering or a similar field;

** Experience in managing multi-storey construction projects is desirable;

** Knowledge and experience in working with MS Excel and MS Project.
