International hotel chain "Best Western Plus Batumi" is announcing a vacancy in the Kitchen Department for the following position: Universal Cook.

Main responsibilities:

** Timely and high-quality preparation of dishes according to orders;

** Participation/ensuring in the process of food preparation and serving, presentation;

** Effective use, control and ordering of existing supplies in the kitchen, if necessary;

** Preliminary writing of technological cards of dishes and participation in the process;

** Planning the working day of kitchen personnel and redistribution of current processes;

** Conducting detailed training for employees on the use of installed equipment and devices, as well as safety rules;

** Ensuring the quality, hygiene and labor safety standards;

** Ensuring the smooth operation of the kitchen;

** Execution of other instructions of the Head Chef.

** Organization;

** Punctuality.

Qualification requirements:

** Experience in a similar position, preferably in the hotel industry;

** Professional education in the field of food and beverages (will be considered as an advantage).

Work schedule: 40 hours;
