Main duties and responsibilities:

• Full knowledge of menu compositions and cooking methods;
• Timely preparation of high-quality products according to existing recipes and standards;
• Storage and arrangement of raw materials and finished products according to standards;
• Ensuring the cleanliness of refrigerators and other equipment at any time;
• Assisting the head chef in preparing various types of products;
• Effective time management and organization in an active work environment;
• Maintaining high standards of hygiene and cleanliness;
• Constant training, discipline, and development.

• At least 2 years of experience in a cook position

• Ability to work quickly in the kitchen;

• Experience working in Georgian/European cuisine;
• Experience in preparing buffet-type breakfasts in hotels;
