Startup Junior Manager

"Mindor" is announcing a vacancy for the position of Founder's Associate (Startup Junior Manager).

"Mindor" is a Georgian brand of nervous system fitness with over 15,000 users and 100,000 subscribers.

We are looking for a smart, motivated, and quick-learning individual to work directly with the founder. You may be in your last year of university or just starting your career. Formal work experience is not required.

Learn complex issues quickly; Think clearly about unfamiliar problems; Take responsibility for yourself; Bring tasks to completion; Receive and use direct feedback.

What you'll do:

You'll usually receive a problem to solve, not detailed instructions. The problems may relate to marketing, product, customers, website, operations, research, technology, or new projects. Your job is to understand, find a solution, and implement it.

You'll often have to:

Quickly learn about unfamiliar topics; Break down vague problems into simple parts; Find practical solutions; Organize and complete projects; Improve inefficient processes; Use AI and other digital tools; Turn the founder's ideas into concrete results.

Who we're looking for:

This position is particularly suitable for you if:

You learn faster than those around you; You're naturally curious and enjoy delving deep into topics; You reliably complete tasks you take responsibility for; You're not satisfied with average results; You're friendly, team-oriented, and non-confrontational; You can listen to "this isn't good enough" without taking it as a personal offense; You can communicate clearly in writing and verbally in Georgian; You know English at least at B2 level and can learn independently from English-language materials.

We value real signs of your ability to learn, initiative, high work culture, and intellectual humility. Evidence of this can be:

Olympiads or academic achievements; Programming or technical projects; Participation in research; Creating your own project, business, or community; Independently learning complex skills; Doing more than what's expected of you in any field.

This role may not be for you if you need constant detailed instructions, dislike direct feedback, often leave tasks unfinished, or prefer clearly defined, repetitive work.
