Position Title - Construction Cost Estimator

Function-Responsibilities:
Calculation of volumes and analysis of technical documentation for construction projects; Planning the project budget and compiling cost estimates in accordance with Georgian norms and standards; Researching market prices for works and materials, preparing and optimizing estimates; Preparing tender packages, comparative analysis and evaluation of received proposals; Analysis of estimates and preparation of financial conclusions; Control of current expenses, monitoring and analysis of compliance with cost estimates; Preparation of the Act of Performed Construction Works (Form №2), searching, collecting and reflecting all necessary information in the relevant performance act; Preparation of the Write-Off Act (Form №29) based on the Act of Performed Construction Works (Form №2); Comparison of current construction and repair costs with budgeted costs during the construction process; Preparation of change cost estimates and participation in the approval process; Analysis, identification of project financial risks and development of relevant recommendations; Close collaboration with technical, architectural and engineering teams.
Qualification Requirements:
Higher education (preferably in economics/finance and/or construction-engineering); At least 3 years of experience in a similar position; In-depth knowledge of construction norms and standards; Practical experience in participating in tender processes; Practical and functional knowledge of AutoCad/Revit programs; User-level knowledge of MS Office programs; Professional-level knowledge of MS Excel; English and Russian language skills at least at B2 level.
