The subsidiary company of "Nikora Management Group" LLC, "Culinary", announces a vacancy for the position of Cook:

Main functions and responsibilities: - Division and cleaning of raw materials according to their types; - Cutting raw materials into forms with the help of a combi machine; - Re-washing of formed raw materials; - Placing raw materials in the appropriate oven according to technology (boiling or frying). - In case of frying raw materials, periodically adding fat to the appropriate device according to the recipe; - Checking the readiness of ingredients needed for the preparation of finished products; - Mixing the necessary ingredients for finished products according to the corresponding weights and proportions; - Mixing/seasoning spices and corresponding seasonings; - Strictly following the recipe during the cooking process; - Checking and tasting the readiness of finished products; - Final preparation of finished products for packaging or transfer to the warehouse; - Fixing and accounting for the weights of prepared finished products;

Qualification requirements: - Secondary education; - 1-year experience working in a similar position - preferred.
