Function/Responsibilities:
Ensure the proper functioning of computer and technical infrastructure at the company and its owned facilities; Install, configure, update, and test software on employees' computers; Diagnose and troubleshoot damages to computer equipment, peripherals, and network devices; Plan and implement preventive and technical maintenance works across the company; Install, configure, test, and commission computer and technical devices in workspaces; Install, configure, and provide technical support for IP telephone systems; Install, restore, update, and ensure technical maintenance of operating systems; Install, configure, and provide technical support for local network devices and cable infrastructure; Perform technical maintenance, preventive checks, and cleaning of computer equipment and IT infrastructure; Clean computer devices internally and externally, monitor the technical condition of cooling systems, and provide relevant services as needed; Implement preventive measures to ensure the safe and continuous operation of the company's IT systems; Provide technical support to users and offer IT-related consultations to employees.
