Real Estate Agent

Company "Absher Group", which is one of the leading players in Georgia in recruiting foreign students, is looking for a new team member for the position of Real Estate Agent.

Main responsibilities:

• Finding real estate for our company's students;

• Showing and viewing apartments;

• Posting advertisements for the found properties on our social media platforms;

• Performing various tasks assigned by the direct supervisor;

Qualification requirements:

• Good communication skills, both verbal and written;

• Ability to negotiate;

• Knowledge of English at B2 level (knowledge of Arabic, even at a basic level, will be considered an advantage)

• Computer skills, basic office programs (Word, Excel).

• Time management skills and high sense of responsibility;

• Having a personal vehicle or a driver's license will be considered an advantage

Schedule: Flexible schedule possible by agreement.

Remuneration: Fixed salary + bonus of at least 3000 GEL (depending on the candidate's work ethic, mobility, and skills)
