Receptionist-Registrar

Hotel "Intourist Hotel Kazbegi" is announcing a vacancy for the position of Receptionist-Registrar.

Function-Responsibilities:

• Providing polite and positive interaction with both hotel guests and colleagues;
• Receiving, accommodating, and subsequently escorting guests according to hotel standards;
• Providing guests with desired information about rooms, tariffs, and other services available in the hotel;
• Receiving incoming phone calls and providing relevant information;
• Maintaining telephone conversation and email correspondence culture and standards;
• Establishing effective and positive communication with guests;
• Registering guests in the system and performing relevant financial operations;
• Preparing current day's reservations in the system (printing registration cards, making keys, etc.);
• Transferring information to other departments in the hotel at the end and beginning of the working day;
• Acting in accordance with hotel service standards.

Basic Requirements:

• Experience working in a similar position will be considered an advantage;
• Perfect knowledge of Georgian and English;
• Any additional language will be considered an advantage;
• Knowledge of computer and office programs.
