Call Center Operator

LLC "Maxterm Service Group" is announcing a vacancy for the position of Call Center Operator.

Work location: Tbilisi, Beliashvili str. 149

Schedule: 40-hour work schedule, 6 days a week,

Day off - Monday, Sunday - short working day.

Remuneration: 1300 GEL (take-home pay)

Main functions and responsibilities:

** Respond to incoming calls in the service department;

** Full registration of incoming calls and information received through social networks in the system, preparation of schedules based on incoming calls and timely redirection to technicians (both in Tbilisi and across the regions);

** Recording calls and redirecting them to the relevant group;

** Connecting with customers and seeking feedback on the work performed by service employees;

** Timely reflection of incoming documentation (warranty coupons) in the program.

Qualification requirements:

** Preferably experience working in a similar position;

** Ability to identify and respond promptly to customer problems;

** Experience working with Excel;

** Knowledge of foreign languages at a communicative level.

** Communication skills.
