Retail Sales Manager

"DESIGN MALL" is a design and renovation materials mall in Tbilisi, where you can select renovation materials, furniture, and decor in one space, and also receive services from professional designers and architects.

We are looking for a qualified, responsible, and detail-oriented Retail Sales Manager to join our professional team to effectively implement current and planned activities.

Job location: Tbilisi Work schedule: Monday-Friday, full-time Salary: negotiable

Key responsibilities:

Managing and controlling daily retail sales processes; Leading and coordinating the sales team's activities; Analyzing sales results and initiating improvement measures; Controlling customer service standards; Controlling the correct presentation and placement of products; Promoting the motivation and development of the sales team; Preparing sales reports and analysis for management.

Requirements:

At least 2 years of experience in retail sales or sales management; Experience in managing a sales team; Experience in managing sales KPIs; Good knowledge of MS Office

Preference will be given to those with experience in the retail sales of construction materials and interior products.
