Order Manager

LLC "Tbilisi Free School" is announcing a vacancy for the position of Order Manager.

Working hours: Monday-Friday, 08:45-16:15

Salary: Fixed salary 1375 (gross).

Salary is paid during school holidays (New Year's, spring, Easter, summer and autumn holidays).

Benefits: Bonus system, health insurance, double meal

Function-responsibilities:

** Ensuring public order in the school

** Control of the school and its surrounding area

** Recording of disciplinary offenses that occurred and were identified on the school and/or its adjacent territory and informing the school management

** Interaction with students with social behavioral problems, individual interviews with them, observation of their behavior

** Protection of students, employees and other persons in the school in emergency situations (fire, flood, earthquake, etc.) and assistance in their evacuation

** Detection and resolution of conflict situations, performance of mediator role between conflicting students

** Monitoring of video surveillance cameras

** Daily control over students' absences and tardiness for unexcused reasons

** Examination of a student with a metal detector to detect prohibited items

** Deprivation of a student of explanatory notes in case of disciplinary offenses, in accordance with established norms and compilation of relevant protocols

Requirements:

** Education: Higher education

** Experience: It is desirable for the candidate to have work experience in the field of education

** Computer programs: MS Office

** Personal skills: Effective communication Sense of responsibility ** Conflict management

** Kindness ** Caring ** Hard work
