Job Responsibilities: - The purpose of the position: Formation and preparation of individual and consolidated financial statements, development of internal methodological regulatory documents for the preparation of accounting and financial reporting, preparation of monthly financial reports for the National Bank. - Preparation and formation of individual and consolidated financial statements, as well as explanatory notes to the financial statements in accordance with the law; - Development and updating of accounting policies, methodological documents, and internal regulations on accounting and financial reporting; - Analysis of new and amended international financial reporting standards, assessment of their impact on the company's activities, and ensuring their implementation; - Methodological support for accounting in the application of IFRS; - Analysis of complex and non-standard business transactions and determination of the procedure for their reflection in accounting and financial reporting in accordance with IFRS; - Preparation and verification of transformation and consolidation adjustments, including elimination of intergroup transactions and balances; - Preparation of financial information packages for parent company consolidation and reporting purposes; - Participation in the process of closing reporting periods and ensuring compliance with established deadlines for financial reporting; - (If necessary) Interaction with external auditors, preparation of necessary calculations, explanations, and responses to auditor requirements; - Preparation of analytical materials, presentations, and notes for management on financial reporting and IFRS application; - Control over the correctness of reflection of individual business transactions in accounting from the perspective of IFRS requirements; - Participation in the automation of financial reporting preparation processes and improvement of accounting processes; - Monitoring changes in Georgian legislation in the field of accounting, financial reporting, and audit, as well as assessment of their impact on the company's activities; - Provision of methodological support to the company's structural subdivisions on accounting and IFRS application; - Performance of other tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor related to functional responsibilities.
