Managing the accounting base and controlling the accuracy of accounting postings; Controlling primary documentation, tax and pension declarations and timely submission; Preparation of financial statements and reports; Providing accounting consultations to existing and potential clients and timely resolution of emerging issues; Managing the subordinate team, coordinating and monitoring work processes; Developing a weekly action plan and organizing its implementation; Ensuring compliance with the company's internal procedures and service standards.
Requirements and skills:
At least 3 years of experience in a similar position; Higher education in finance, business, economics or a related field; Knowledge of the Georgian Tax Code and accounting standards; Knowledge of accounting programs - Balance/FINA; Experience in preparing financial statements and managing accounting processes; Knowledge of office computer programs; knowledge of English will be considered an advantage; ACCA qualification or ongoing studies will be considered an advantage; Teamwork and effective communication skills; Planning, organization and analytical thinking skills; High sense of responsibility, punctuality and development-orientedness.
