Job Description - As a Cashier-Operator/Lombard appraiser, you will ensure: - High-quality, accurate, fast, and qualified customer service; - Polite, friendly, and warm attitude towards customers; - Interviewing customers, recording their loan requests, and familiarizing them with lombard procedures and tariffs available at the bank; - Assessment of collateral; - Drawing up contracts and acts of appraisal of valuables; - Transfer of received valuables to storage; - Issuance and formalization of credit in relevant software; - Return of valuables in full or in part when the loan is fully or partially repaid; - Compliance with procedures related to the realization of overdue credits within the established deadlines. - Sending/fast payment of transfers - Conversions - Willingness to work with AI tools and modern technologies
