Call Center Sales Manager

Company "Biomarket" is announcing a vacancy for the position of Call Center Sales Manager.

Our field of activity is the sale of bads (food additives), including hypertension, cardiovascular, antifungal pills, weight loss products, prostate-potency treatments, smoking and alcohol cessation medications, and face skin firming creams, which help people improve their quality of life. Our customers maintain relationships with us for years.

We offer:

Salary: 700 GEL fixed + % of sales; Average income: 2000-2500+ GEL per month; In case of best results, the bonus can exceed 8550 GEL; Additional bonuses for fulfilling sales plans; Paid internship period (10-14 days): 11:00-14:00 or 15:00-18:00; Possibility to switch to hybrid or remote work regime after 1 month of work; Salary payment twice a month; Career growth opportunities.

Work schedule options:

5/2, 8-hour workday; 2/2, 10-hour workday;

Responsibilities:

Establishing contact with existing customers; Selecting and presenting products according to customer needs; Formalizing orders programmatically (CRM).
