Position Overview: The trainer will lead trainings in programming and robotics for students aged 6 to 16. This is an international educational program with a detailed curriculum, training plan, and methodological framework, and the trainer is required to follow international standards.

Trainer's Qualifications: - Must have English language proficiency at least at B2 level (trainings are conducted in English) - Must have formal or informal education in information technology, with relevant practical experience. - Preference will be given to candidates with experience in conducting trainings or implementing technological projects.

Skills: - Innovative thinking and inspiring communication – must be able to inspire children to create and implement ideas, have emotional intelligence, motivation, and genuine, positive communication skills. - Responsibility, discipline, and time management – high responsibility for obligations and the ability to effectively plan work. - Use of modern technologies – must be aware of technological advancements, including artificial intelligence progress, and be able to apply them in daily activities.

Working hours: Sundays, from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (6 trainings per day, each lasting 75 minutes). Remuneration: NET - from 750 GEL to 1100 GEL per month (depending on the trainer's qualifications and achieved results).

Taking up the trainer position: Before taking up the trainer position, the trainer will undergo procedural, program, and methodological onboarding training to implement the program according to existing international standards. If the trainer has no experience, they will also undergo a one-month paid internship to take up the trainer position.

Job Description: Ensuring high-quality and smooth delivery of trainings, specifically: - Ability to create a positive and democratic learning environment while implementing activities, adhering to the employment contract, job description, position instructions, relevant program guidelines, and other internal legal acts; - Effective communication skills with children and their parents; - High sense of responsibility; - Time management and discipline; - Caring and fair attitude towards students, with meticulous attention to detail; - Conducting trainings according to a predetermined curriculum and schedule, including training topics, content, methodology, and sequence, in full compliance with the curriculum; - Conducting trainings in English, using Georgian only when absolutely necessary; - Creating a maximally positive and professional environment during trainings to help students acquire relevant knowledge and skills and maintain constant interest in the training; - Monitoring students' academic progress and providing feedback to the company's management team no later than once a month; - Immediately after each training, checking the material resources used during the training (and documenting with photos if necessary) and transferring them to the authorized person; - Ensuring constant stimulation of students' interest during trainings, and in case of losing interest, immediately informing the supervisor and attempting to re-engage the student within the available means; - Sending feedback to the parental communication group when necessary; - Identifying cases of students' behavioral rule violations or academic lag, and after consulting with the supervisor, establishing communication with the parent; - In case of training absences or delays, immediately informing the direct supervisor/leader and ensuring replacement by another trainer; - Keeping records of training names and students (on the portal) for each training, and immediately informing the direct supervisor in case of a student's absence; - In case of a student's dropout, determining the reasons for dropout and immediately informing the supervisor; - Preparing students for intermediate and final exams; - In case of any disruptions in the academy or non-compliance with hygiene and sanitary norms, immediately informing the supervisor.

Loyalty and professional qualification improvement, specifically: - In case of any problem or dissatisfaction, including receiving an offer from another employer or family reasons, that may cause the trainer to perform their functions and duties improperly, informing the Director of the Academy and the immediate supervisor, and, within the possibilities, first of all, conducting negotiations with the Academy's administration to solve the problem;
