Qualification Requirements:
Higher education in construction, civil engineering, or a related technical field; At least 3-5 years of experience in managing production processes; Experience in the production of reinforced concrete structures, precast elements, or piles is desirable; Knowledge of concrete technology and construction production processes; Experience working in a managerial position is desirable; Intermediate-level knowledge of MS Office programs;
