Cost Estimator

Construction company "Smart Solutions" is announcing a vacancy for the position of Cost Estimator.

The company's activity area is infrastructure and civil construction.

Work location: Georgia Work schedule: 09:00-18:00, Monday to Friday

Responsibilities:

** Determine the project construction budget based on technical documentation

** Constant monitoring of the budget during project implementation

** Preparation of monthly documentation (form #2) according to completed works

** Counting the volumes of completed and remaining works (BOQ)

** Re-budgeting/forecasting of remaining works during the project

** Preparation and control of acceptance-transfer acts

** Regular reporting on the project's financial status to management

** Financial supervision of the project

Skills:

** Strong analytical and organizational skills

** Ability to work in a changing construction environment

** Strong communication and teamwork skills

** Ability to learn quickly and show initiative

** Attention to detail

Requirements:

** Higher education in civil construction, engineering, economics, or finance

** At least 3-5 years of experience in cost estimation

** Experience working on construction projects

** Advanced knowledge of Excel

** Knowledge of construction norms and pricing standards

** Practical experience in preparing form #2
