The hotel "ibis Styles Old Tbilisi" is announcing a vacancy for the position of Procurement Manager.

Main responsibilities:

Conduct market research and collaborate with the most suitable suppliers Manage orders and product receipt Periodically control inventory levels, generate purchase requests in accordance with hotel policies and procedures Maintain and control maximum and minimum levels of all items in the warehouse Control receipt and delivery in accordance with the quantity of purchase requests. FIFO principle leadership (first-come, first-served) Correct issuance of requested goods to customer departments Record of returned goods with all suppliers Compliance with inventory-related procedures Control product expiration dates. Return or disposal of expired goods and their accounting Periodic inventory of expensive goods on a random basis Participation in planning inventory replenishment together with department heads Monthly inventory production in warehouses together with other employees Performance of any other reasonable tasks within the competence, as requested by the direct supervisor.

Requirements:

Organizational skills Attention to detail Teamwork skills Knowledge of office programs Experience working with "Materials Control" program will be considered an advantage.
