Store Manager

The wine producing company "Khareba" is based on ancient traditions. The company works on preserving the unique culture of vine and wine production, both using ancient methods and the latest technologies.

Work location: Batumi

Working hours: 6-day workweek

Remuneration: 2000 GEL (+ bonus)

Probation period: 6 months

Functions and responsibilities:

** Control the quality of work performed by subordinate personnel;

** Proper delegation of work to subordinate personnel;

** Control the quality of personnel service;

** Control the quantities of ordered products;

** Control the daily store turnover (cash, non-cash).

** Production of Z-file;

** Accounting for invoices;

** Control the accuracy of existing product quantities;

** Control the accuracy of product prices and layout;

** Participation in the inventory process;

** Timely notification of the direct supervisor about the lack of products/inventory in his store;

** Taking care of the retraining of new employees (internship);

** Control of employees' arrival/departure/break hours;

** Control of store cleanliness;

Qualification requirements:

** Experience in a similar position;

** Conversational knowledge of English;

** Knowledge of service standards (service +);

** Experience working with a cash register;

** Knowledge of office programs.

Personal skills:

** High sense of responsibility;

** Knowledge of customer service etiquette.
