Job description In TBC's high-income segment service league, in the digital personal banking service team, we are looking for a Concept Sales Manager.
You will be part of a team that brings together significant knowledge of almost all TBC products and services.
What you will do: - Make targeted telephone offers to the segment of Concept digital package clients with tailored products (specifically deposits, cards, digital packages, loans secured by deposits / or in the credit direction / loans / cards / overdraft, etc.) - Ensure operational or credit service for digital concept package clients - Fulfill monthly plans - When performing any operation, follow bank procedures and regulations - Protect relevant legislative and normative acts, internal and external instructions, company charter, and internal regulations - Protect client confidentiality
