• Fixed remuneration: 1500-1700 GEL (increasing)

Key responsibilities: • Ensuring the implementation of the store's plan, budget, and strategic goals;

• Constant monitoring of sales and ensuring improvement of results;
• Control of operational costs;
• Effective management of employee work schedules according to customer flow; caring for employee development and promoting their engagement;
• Increasing customer satisfaction and loyalty (NPS);
• Effective management of inventory, shrinkage, and waste;
• Ensuring product quality, hygiene, and visual standards, especially in the Fresh Food category;
• Complete execution of advertising and promotional campaigns and ensuring product availability;
• Effective management of store infrastructure, equipment, and assets;
• Ensuring smooth cash operations, monitoring opening and closing;
• Providing new employees with training on store operations;
• Active reporting to the company's operational management.

Qualification requirements:

• Higher education, preferably in business administration;
• 2+ years of experience in a managerial position in the retail sector;
• Knowledge of office programs.
