The company announces a vacancy for the position of Project Manager.

Main functions/responsibilities:

• Project supervision;

• Conducting negotiations with parties involved in the project;

• Managing existing subordinates and assigning tasks;

• Planning and managing project budget and timeline;

• Ensuring project quality;

• Planning and controlling project financial, technical, and human resources;

• Supervising subcontractors and engineering-technical personnel;

• Verifying plans, drawings, and quantities;

• Establishing relationships with interested parties in the project, including clients, subcontractors, etc., and ensuring their involvement and effective communication;

• Determining/confirming compliance of works and materials with specifications;

• Agreeing on material prices and making cost-effective decisions in line with the project budget;

• Managing, monitoring, and controlling engineering documentation provided by the client and architect;

• Interacting with local government bodies;

• Ensuring compliance with current legislation;

• Performing other tasks assigned by the direct supervisor.

Qualification requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar position in the engineering field;

• Higher education in construction/engineering or architecture;

• Knowledge of Russian and English is desirable;

• Proficiency in computer programs (ArchiCAD, AutoCAD, Revit, Microsoft Project, MS Office);

Working conditions:

• Work format: Monday-Friday; 10:00-19:00 or 09:00-18:00;

• Location: Tbilisi, Mukhran Machavariani 65;

• Need for business trips: visiting Tbilisi objects and regional visits as needed.
