Job Conditions: Schedule: Full-time; Monday to Friday, 10:00-18:00 Office: Tbilisi, Vaja-Pshavela 70, City Tower Remuneration: From 7,000 GEL + performance-based bonus;
Key Responsibilities - Planning, allocating, and controlling marketing budgets; - Managing and coordinating marketing activities for various brands and markets; - Overseeing Digital, SMM, Content, PR, Influencer Marketing, CRM, Events, and Retail Marketing areas; - Coordinating the activities of the marketing team, designers, agencies, and external partners; - Managing the marketing calendar, controlling project deadlines, and performance quality; - Evaluating the results and effectiveness of marketing activities, analyzing KPIs and ROI; - Implementing modern AI, automation, and digital tools to improve marketing process efficiency and develop the team's AI competencies.
Requirements - At least 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the Beauty, Cosmetics, Pharmaceutical, Luxury, or Premium Retail sector; - Experience working with international/global brands is mandatory; - Strong team and project management skills, analytical thinking, and in-depth knowledge of digital marketing; - Good knowledge of modern marketing trends, digital ecosystems, and new technologies; - Practical experience working with AI tools and the ability to effectively implement them in work processes; - Ability to work independently, initiative, high level of responsibility, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously; - Proficiency in English and Russian at a professional level is mandatory.
