Marketing Manager

The jewelry store network "Trésor • ტრესორი" is announcing a vacancy for the position of Marketing Manager.

Main functions/responsibilities:

** Participation in planning and implementation of marketing campaigns, events, and brand activities;

** Involvement in managing social media channels - coordinating the process of posting posts, stories, and other communication materials, and monitoring posted materials through communication with the digital marketing specialist;

** Planning the themes of posts, stories, reels, and other content formats for social media platforms in accordance with the brand's goals and target audience interests;

** Communication with designers, photographers, videographers, and other partners within the campaigns planned by the company

** Preparation of relevant marketing content based on the information provided by the sales team regarding planned promotions, discounts, and special offers, both for social media and physical stores. Coordination of updating visual content of the above-mentioned offers on the website with the company's designer and technical manager.

** Coordination of preparation and distribution of marketing materials needed for branches;

** Finding influencers and content creators, communicating with them, and coordinating collaborations in accordance with the brand's target audience and campaign goals;

** Monitoring competitive offers, advertising activities, discounts, special offers, social media communications, and new initiatives in the market; systematization of received information and identification of main trends

** Regular monitoring of industry news, changes in consumer behavior, demand, new products, communication formats, and marketing trends;

** Communication with partners, shopping centers, and other external parties on marketing issues; providing information to the company's sales team about advertising activities, events, visual materials, and other marketing initiatives; agreeing on necessary conditions, deadlines, and requirements;

** Production of a marketing calendar and monitoring the implementation of planned activities;

Requirements:

** Higher education and/or experience in the field of marketing;

** Desirable experience working with Adobe, Canva, or other design programs;

** Basic knowledge of Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite.

Work conditions:

** Work format: full-time, 5 days a week, 10:00-19:00 ** Location: Tbilisi, Peking Avenue #34 ** Travel requirements: possible to Batumi
