Workplace: Tbilisi Work Schedule: Full-time, 40-hour workweek

Key Responsibilities: - Effectively organize and coordinate the daily administrative activities of the office; - Support employees in administrative and organizational matters; - Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence; - Respond to incoming phone calls and emails, provide necessary information, and redirect to relevant individuals as needed; - Systematize documentation and manage the archive; - Ensure timely replenishment of office inventory, equipment, and stationery; - Plan, organize, and coordinate meetings, visits, and other office events; - Host visitors; - Support the process of purchasing office supplies and services;

Key Requirements: - Higher education (preferably in Business Administration, Management, or a related field); - English language proficiency at a minimum B2 level (both written and verbal communication); - Excel skills;
