Chief Accountant

We are announcing a vacancy for the position of Chief Accountant at the audit company "Algi Audit".

"Algi Audit" has been successfully operating in the Georgian market since 2016 and helps representatives of small, medium, and large companies to effectively manage and develop their business.

Main responsibilities:

Ensuring the client's company's accounting records are maintained in accordance with applicable standards and legislation; Participating in the preparation of companies' financial statements; Coordinating and monitoring the work of an intern or subordinate employee; Performing other professional tasks and reporting to the immediate supervisor; Performing other duties arising from the company's activities.

Main requirements:

Higher education in economics or finance; At least 3 years of work experience in accounting; Experience working in a managerial position will be considered an advantage; In-depth knowledge of the tax code; ACCA certificates will be considered an advantage; Knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS); Knowledge of accounting software and MS Office programs.
