Logistics Operations Manager

"CHARTER-LINK" is announcing a vacancy for the position of Logistics Operations Manager in the field of international transportation (China/Asia - sea and air transportation).

The company operates in both local and international markets. 13 years of experience and one of the leading positions in the sector in the region allow us to offer our customers comfortable and high-quality service.

Qualification requirements:

• Experience in working with sea agents, sea lines, and sea-air transportation in the direction of China and Asia (mandatory);
• Experience in the transport sector;
• Higher education;
• Mandatory knowledge of English and Russian languages at the B1/B2 level.

Job description:

• Conduct regular negotiations with sea agents and sea lines in the China and Asia region;
• Search for new partner companies and service providers, establish long-term relationships with them;
• Organization of sea and air transportation, processing of optimal routes/tariffs according to the description and specifics of the cargo;
• Processing of orders, organization of transportation, and control of its operational execution;
• Monitoring of transportation routes and preparation of daily status updates on the location of cargo.

The salary is fixed, based on experience, and there is also a bonus system in place.
