"Tbilisi Wine" is announcing a vacancy for a HORECA Sales Representative position.

Main tasks:

• Daily visits to subordinate HORECA objects according to a predetermined route and taking orders
• Creating an individual, optimal assortment for each object based on the company's existing HORECA object categorization
• Ensuring the best placement in each object (menu, bar, etc.)
• Reporting information about the marketing activities of competing companies to the direct supervisor
• Monitoring the execution of monthly and quarterly sales and revenue plans
• Controlling accounts receivable in the network, providing information on problematic accounts receivable to the direct supervisor
• Creating a database of personnel from subordinate objects (name, surname, contact information, date of birth, etc.)
• Building the best relationships with the personnel of subordinate objects
• Developing a motivation system for HORECA personnel and controlling its effectiveness
• Complying with the work schedule and internal regulations set by the company
• Daily reporting of work done to the direct supervisor
• Immediate reporting of any problems in the network to the direct supervisor

Qualification requirements:

• Higher education in Business Administration or Wine Production and Viticulture is desirable
• 2 years of experience in a similar position is desirable
• English and Russian language skills at B2 level are desirable
• Basic knowledge of office programs

• Organizational skills
• Effective communication and negotiation management
• Time management skills
• Attention to detail

Additional requirements: A driver's license (category B) and a personal vehicle are necessary

Working conditions:

• Work location: Tbilisi, P. Melikishvili #8a
• Working hours: 10:00 - 19:00
• Working days: Monday - Friday
