Main Responsibilities:
Receiving, recording, secure storage, and controlling of exam materials; Determining, selecting, and fully equipping the required materials for planned exams; Preparing relevant exam packages for candidates and exam administrators; Organizing/Coordinating the packaging, labeling, sending, and timely delivery of exam materials; Coordinating the delivery and receipt of materials with schools and exam administrators; Ensuring the return, counting, and reconciliation of exam materials after the exam; Controlling the full return of answer sheets and relevant administrative documentation; Maintaining and regularly updating inventory databases and records of material movements; Performing other relevant tasks assigned by the supervisor within the scope of competence.
Requirements:
Higher education (at least a Bachelor's degree) in Education, Educational Administration, Business Administration, or other relevant fields; Experience working in logistics, administration, exam processes, education, or materials and inventory management; Experience with inventory management software or material recording/tracking systems will be considered an advantage. English language proficiency at least at B2+ level; Knowledge of office programs (MS Office);
