Main Responsibilities:
Planning, organizing, and coordinating the testing and exam process; Managing information about planned test dates, times, locations, and the number of participants; Coordinating test organization issues with partner schools, test administrators, and relevant company employees; Collaborating with the logistics and materials coordinator to prepare and deliver exam materials and administrator packages on time; Controlling the implementation of the testing process according to established procedures and standards; Timely coordination and resolution of operational issues and emergency situations that arise during testing; Adhering to the company's internal procedures, assessment provider requirements, and security rules; Performing other relevant tasks assigned by the direct supervisor within the scope of competence.
Requirements:
Higher education (at least a bachelor's degree) in Education, Education Administration, Business Administration, or another relevant field; At least 1-2 years of work experience in education, exams, administration, or operations; Experience in organizing and coordinating tests/exams will be considered an advantage. English language proficiency at least at C1 level; Knowledge of office programs (MS Office);
