Marketing Director

"Episode Food Holding" is announcing a vacancy for the position of Marketing Director.

Position Purpose

The Marketing Director will be responsible for creating and implementing the marketing strategy for all brands of "Episode Food Holding", positioning the brands, increasing awareness, attracting guests, and supporting commercial results.

The position involves a hybrid work model - remote work, periodic meetings at the head office, and regular visits to the holding's facilities.

The position reports to the Chief Operating Officer (COO).

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy

• Develop and implement the marketing strategy for the holding and its brands;
• Create annual and quarterly marketing plans;
• Plan and effectively manage the marketing budget;
• Evaluate and improve the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.

Brand Development

• Develop the positioning of Episode Food Holding and its brands;
• Ensure a unified brand identity and communication standards;
• Provide marketing support for new projects and facilities;
• Manage the brand's reputation.

Digital Marketing

• Manage the social media strategy;
• Coordinate Meta, Google, and other digital advertising channels;
• Plan and analyze Performance Marketing;
• Coordinate the development of SEO, content, and web platforms.

Sales Support

• Plan marketing activities to increase sales;
• Create seasonal campaigns and special offers;
• Develop loyalty programs and mechanisms for attracting guests;
• Support the commercial goals of restaurants and hotels.

PR and Partnerships

• Manage relationships with media, agencies, and partner companies;
• Collaborate with influencers and content creators;
• Plan events and brand activities;
• Manage the PR strategy.

Analytics and Reporting

• Determine and control KPIs;
• Analyze ROI and marketing results;
• Conduct market and competitor research;
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports for the COO.

Candidate Profile:

• Higher education in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field;
• At least 5 years of experience in a leading marketing position;
• Experience working in the HoReCa, Hospitality sector will be considered an advantage;
• Practical experience in brand development;
• Knowledge of modern digital marketing tools;
• Experience in Performance Marketing and data analysis;
• Strong strategic and analytical thinking;
• Leadership and communication skills;
• High-level knowledge of Microsoft Office;
• English language proficiency.
