Planning, implementing, and monitoring educational projects for STEM club members.
Main responsibilities:
Conducting meetings with club members at least once a week; Teaching robotics and programming basics to different age groups; Conducting practical lessons on constructing and programming robotic systems; Planning and implementing practical projects that allow students to learn innovative technologies; Encouraging teamwork and offering creative tasks; Participating in organizing school thematic projects and competitions; Ensuring student participation in regional, national, and international thematic projects, competitions, and championships; Monitoring program progress and final results; Planning for the next academic year based on achieved results.
Technical skills:
Microcontrollers: experience working with Arduino, Micro:bit, and ESP32 platforms; Programming: proficiency in C/C++, Python, or Scratch; Electronics: knowledge of simple circuit assembly and fundamental concepts (voltage, current, resistance); Working with sensors: reading and processing data from various types of sensors.
Qualification requirements:
Experience participating in STEM projects or teaching STEM programs; Higher or non-formal education in relevant field(s), confirmed by relevant documents; English language proficiency, at least B1 level; Experience in education/training/professional development is desirable; Strong communication and writing skills in Georgian (English proficiency is an advantage); Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and attention to detail; Creativity and ability to make independent decisions.
